Her er glutenfrie kjeks med softis, ferdigkjøpt hjertestrø og et rødt drops “on top”. 2,5 dl kokosmelk. 3,5 dl rismelk, mandelmelk. 5 ss glutenfri maisstivelse. 2,5 dl hvit sjokolade. I en annen panne varmer du opp 2,5 dl kokosmelk, 2,5 dl valgfri melk, agave og xanthum gum på medium varme til du får en gjevn blanding i ca 8-10 min. I en liten bolle blander du så sammen den siste dl med melk med 1,5 ss maisstivelse og 1/2 ts vanilje ekstrakt. 5. La den frossne isen tine i kjøleskap i min 30 min før servering, eller 10-15 min i romtemp. 2,5 dl kokosmelk. 3,5 dl rismelk, mandelmelk. 5 ss glutenfri maisstivelse. 2,5 dl hvit sjokolade. 5. 10-15 min i romtemp
Ostekaken består av mandelbunn, fluffy hvitt fyll og en puddingaktig sitron glasur on top. 5 ss hakkede macadamianøtter,eller andre nøtter. 5 ss smeltet smør/margarin (valgfri type). 5 ss erytritol. Forvarm ovnen til 175 grader.
