These cookies are made with almond and salted peanuts that I have used a nut grater for to get grounded, plus I added jell- o pudding instant vanilla in the mixture, it is all blended in a delicious whipped meringue, pipe onto a baking tray in medium size circles and baked for about 10-15 minutes. After baking, i cooled this down and I added 1 teaspoon of salted caramel in the middle of the cookie added some salted peanuts on top, added another cookie on top and drizzled the top it with delicious dark chocolate.
