The bread contains seedsandnuts so there are plenty of nutrients to the body. Frø er gode kilder til viktige næringsstoffer, blant annet protein, fiber, kalsium, jern, sink, essensielle fettsyrer og magnesium
Thing is though, it is not easyto find brown cheese here in Crete, it is actually impossible. And then I found this recipe (OK, I have done my own adjustments to this as well by adding some more seeds) but what is so special about it is that it doesn't contain yeast
