Som et eksperiment kaster jeg meg også på 21 Days Sugar Detox. Dette er ingenting revolusjonerende, men akkurat dette opplegget på 21 dager går ut på å kvitte seg med sukker- og karboavhengighet
Så i dag prøvde jeg meg for første gang å lage det, super-easy, og endelig kunne jeg lage den uten de pepperkornene som vanligvis er oppi, slik at den ble perfekt

Her om dagen skaffet jeg meg en ny app, Hummingbirds "Cake Days"-app, med 86 oppskrifter på kaker og cupcakes. 2,4 dl H-melk. 190 grader i 18-20 min midt i ovnen. 75 ml kahlua (jeg brukte Amaretto likør - Disaronno). Ca 2 cm i diameter og 2-3 cm dyp. 30 g melis. 18-20 min midt i ovnen. 30 g melis

This cake is so moist and super delicious and perfect for hot summer days. ⅔ cup (80 g) all-purpose flour. 3-4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix 1 tablespoon corn starch or potato starch with 125 grams all-purpose flour, and sift the mixture at least 5 times. Bake for another 30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. The cake will keep well for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container
