Ingredienser

  • 4 egg (økologisk smaker bedre)
  • 2 ss kremfløte
  • 1/2 ts bakepulver
  • 3-4 never revet ost
  • 2 spiseskjeer olivenolje
  • 4 ss mandelmel
  • 2 ts johannesbrødkjernemel (helsekost)
  • 4-5 presset hvitløksfedd, litt pepper.
  • 4 eggs ( organic tastes better)
  • 2 tablespoons cream (oily part of milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tsp Locust bean gum (carob gum) (carob powder)
  • 200 degrees for approx
  • 20 minutes This also applies to how the thickness on the bottom
